Metal connections are as wide and varied as they are versatile. Having highly prominent connections can make strong architectural statements. Internal connections can be used to create a virtually seamless joint, with no interruption to the flow of the frame. Steel connections can be used for moment joints (eg. steel gusset), or they can be used in pin joints where no transfer of moment is required.
