Panels can be fixed by either nailing or screwing. Coach screwing or bolting may be used on the thicker panels where the heads would be recessed. Only elastomeric glues should be used if the tongue is to be glued

Nail/Screw Placement
From the end of the flooring board = 12 x diameter of the nail or screw
From the edge of the bearer = 5 x diameter of the nail or screw
