An economic design and method of construction utilising plywood gussets to provide moment resisting connections at the knee. A typical design arriving in site would consist of two columns with gussets attached and a continuous rafter.

For larger spans where transportation becomes a problem, applying a moment gusset at the apex can halve the length of the rafters. The plywood gussets are precisely cut and nailed to the laminated columns in Timberbond's factory.
